Ma recherche se concentre sur l’expérience ATLAS située au CERN près de Genève. ATLAS est un détecteur qui permet d’analyser le résultat des collisions produites par le Grand collisionneur de hadrons (LHC), de loin le plus puissant accélérateur de particules jamais construit. Nous sommes encore au début de l’expérience ATLAS qui marquent un des moments les plus excitants dans l’histoire de la physique fondamentale. En effet le LHC nous permet d’atteindre pour la première fois l’échelle d’énergie du Tera-electron-volt où l’on s’attend à la présence de nouvelle physique fondamentale, tels que la création de matière sombre dans le laboratoire, la découverte de nouvelle dimension d’espace et de la Supersymmétrie. Nous avons déjà découvert le boson de Higgs, qui une particule centrale dans le modèle de la physique des particules puisqu'elle est responsable de donner une masse aux autres particules.
