Study abroad in 7 steps! (in French)

A number of specialists are on hand at UdeM to help you realize your study abroad project:

  • UdeM International, your first line resource for questions and information about studying abroad and available scholarships. Feel free to visit their website and meet with their advisors.
  • The Exchange Advisor of your department, will advise you on drawing up a good study contract (choice of host institution and courses). Well before the deadline for submitting your application to UdeM International, make an appointment with your advisor. At least 2 meetings will be required.

All applications must be submitted by the end of February for a project to be carried out during the following year, whether for a full-year exchange or for just one of the fall or winter terms.

It is also possible to apply in September for a stay abroad in the winter term. However, places and destinations are limited. For more information, contact UdeM International.

Foreign Students

Every year, hundreds of students from around the world study at the Université de Montréal. Find out what's on offer through student exchanges on the UdeM International website.
